Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.
What is the difference between Founding and regular plans?
Founding plans are a limited early-supporter rate for the first 100 members. They include everything in the regular All-Access plans at a lower price for as long as the subscription stays active. Once all founding places are taken, only the regular plans are available.
Do I need an account?
Free content needs no account at all. Membership and individual program purchases require a free account so we can connect access to you.
What does an individual program purchase include?
An individual purchase gives you permanent access to that one program only. It does not include the rest of the membership library. Tools included inside a purchased program also unlock with that program.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Is checkout secure?
